How Our Engagement Works

We operate on a monthly subscription model designed to provide ongoing creative, marketing, and strategic support based on your business needs.

 

Scope & Workflow

Clients may submit an unlimited number of project requests into their queue at any time. Project requests are completed based on priority, complexity, and current production capacity.

To ensure quality and efficient delivery, project scope, task breakdown, timelines, and how work is segmented are determined at our discretion. Smaller requests or revisions may allow for higher project volume within a given month, while larger or more strategic initiatives may require greater allocation of time and resources.

This is not an instant-response or same-day design service. Our model is built around thoughtful execution, strategic alignment, and delivering quality work over transactional turnaround times.

Client Capacity

As a subscription partner, you acknowledge that our team supports multiple clients simultaneously. Project scheduling, communication cadence, and production timelines are managed to ensure fair service across all active engagements.

Commitment Term

All new subscription clients begin with a minimum 3-month engagement. This allows adequate time for onboarding, strategy development, implementation, and measurable momentum.

After the initial term, your subscription will continue month-to-month unless canceled or modified.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan as your needs evolve. We require a 15-day written notice prior to your renewal date for any plan changes to allow for internal planning, resource allocation, and project scheduling.

Billing & Renewal

Subscription plans are billed monthly and automatically renew on your current plan unless changes or cancellation are submitted within the required notice period.

Invoices are issued during the final week of the month preceding the next service period.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time after fulfilling the initial 3-month commitment period, provided proper notice is given prior to renewal.

Onboarding & Setup

For clients not engaged under a fractional CMO or strategic leadership role, a one-time onboarding/setup fee may apply. This fee covers discovery, brand immersion, systems review, market positioning, and the foundational strategy needed for effective execution.

Additional Terms

Long-term engagement discounts may be available for 6-month and 12-month commitments.
